REDBUD CONSTRUCTION SERVICES offers design and planning services for a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Although every project is vastly different from another, REDBUD Construction Services simplifies the construction process with our planning procedures and policies.  These steps will ensure that your project meets your needs and is completed in an efficient manner with the highest quality of craftsmanship.  When you hire REDBUD Construction Services to build your project, we walk our clients through the following steps in order achieve your goals and educate you throughout the construction process.

DESIGNING YOUR PROJECT:

SIGNING THE PROPOSAL – RCS will provide you with a PROPOSAL for DESIGN and CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. This is the initial contract that will enable our designer to begin work on your project.

SCOPE OF SERVICES – We will meet you on at the project site and walk through the proposed work area.  You tell our designer what you would like to accomplish with your project and discuss the possible layout and details of your project.  Our designer will produce a detailed list of the items that are to be removed, replaced, updated, and constructed.

DESIGN PRODUCTION – Once the SCOPE of SERVICES is produced, REDBUD Construction Services will produce Preliminary Design Sketches. These to-scale, hand-drawn sketches will be reviewed by the client and changes will be made to the layout in order to make sure the designer and client are on the same page. These sketches typical include a proposed floor plan (a layout of the space) and several elevations in order to convey the overall look of the project and the location of certain items within the project area(s).

DESIGN DRAWING PACKAGE – After the Preliminary Design Sketches are reviewed and changes are made by the designer, REDBUD Construction Services will begin work on the CAD drawings.  These are drawings will detail not only the layout, dimensions, and overall design of the project, but will also list the specifications for the materials, fixtures, finishes, and details of the work to be constructed.

FINAL DESIGN – Once the Design Package has been reviewed and any final changes are made to the drawings, the FINAL DESIGN package will be issued to the subcontractors and material suppliers for pricing.

START OF CONSTRUCTION – The Final Design will determine the Construction Budget, and at this point, a construcction contract will be written and reviewed by the client and REDBUD Construction Services.

Don’t worry; REDBUD Construction Services will work with the client throughout the planning process to establish an estimated budget for the project.  If we are doing our job, then you will be informed to the possible cost of items along the way, and we will work very hard to see that you get the highest quality project that your budget allows.  Your project can only be as good as the plan you put in place before construction begins, and REDBUD Construction Services will work with you to ensure that your dream becomes a reality.
